Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof is provided (photos/videos)
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Improper handling after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded
- Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours with proof of issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift:
- You will receive store credit for the value of the return
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping Returns
To return a product:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
